The iAMC offers variable speed control of the fan based on oil temperature changes through the use of an inverter, providing effective speed control of AC motors. By adjusting the motor speed through PID control, it can significantly reduce mechanical wear, increase power factor, and enhance energy savings.

 If the fan speed is reduced by 10%, the power consumption of that fan decreases by approximately 25%. A 20% reduction in speed results in roughly 45% electricity savings.

  The 2050 carbon-zero policy mandates increased energy efficiency for industrial products, which are major energy consumers, by 2030. HydroLync is actively working to meet these policy standards, and the iAMC is one of the initiatives we have undertaken as part of these efforts.
