The iDMC is the third-generation controller developed by HydroLync to enhance the performance and stability of mobile oil coolers. The diverse working environments of specialized vehicles have posed significant challenges to oil coolers. Particularly in Korea, where the four seasons are distinct, oil coolers are required to withstand all seasonal conditions. HydroLync has conducted years of field visits and research and development to address customer issues, culminating in the creation of the iDMC (intelligent DC Motor Controller).

The iDMC is equipped with an MCU (Micro Controller Unit) that enables more intelligent control and protection features. It safeguards the cooler from overvoltage and overcurrent, and if any anomalies are detected, it halts operation and switches to standby mode until it is safe to resume. Additionally, it monitors the oil temperature and appropriately controls the fan speed to enhance energy efficiency. This not only extends the life of the fan motor but also ensures that operators can work reliably under extreme conditions.
